For February at Palm Beach you will deal directly with Formula Kart Productions. Until further notice send all information to Bill Wright This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it phone 850-258-0846 fax 850-265-1041. Faxes will not be recieved after Feb. 5th, 2010.

It is imperative that you provide complete and accurate information concerning your space requirements. You must not guess about your needs, you must have accurate measurements. Palm Beach has a limited amount of space available. You may not be able to adjust your request once you arrive. Here are some important points to remember when creating your space requirements: 

• Do not request more space than you need. You will be billed 15 cents per square foot for the space requested. You must pay for the space before you will be allowed to set up. There is a way for you to pay us before you arrive, just contact me for instructions. Any payments done on-site will be credit card or cash only. Formula Kart does not accept checks. I strongly suggest you pay before you arrive.

• You should make a detailed drawing of your requirements. Make the dimensions in feet. This drawing is the only way to ensure you get the space you need.

• Remember to include space for trailer, tent/canopy any EZ Ups, VIP Area etc.

• Include the area needed to secure the tent/canopy with tie-down straps/anchors, etc.

• Include area for opening doors/ramps. 

• Include the name of any drivers who will be pitting with you. This reduces duplicate requests.

Pit move in for the February events at Palm Beach will begin on Tuesday February 9^th for the Formula Kart weekend and on Tuesday February 16^th for the Rotax weekend. “Big Rigs” must be in place no later than Wednesday Feb. 10^th  and Wed. Feb 17^th . Anyone who is pitted at the event site prior to those dates is subject to be moved.
